The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the reception staff were very helpful. We greatly appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was close to the Albert Hall and museums. It was so convenient to have these attractions within walking distance. the breakfast provided was delicious and the breakfast room had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
One issue we encountered was with the bar food. It arrived cold and even after we returned it to the kitchen, it still came back cold.

The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect - it was in a nice area and just a short walk from the subway station. We loved being so close to Kensington Palace gardens and the various museums nearby. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and pastries.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful area and conveniently close to the Albert Hall. I was impressed by the excellent amenities here, such as the comfortable and soundproofed rooms and the lovely garden furniture. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, especially the doorman who really went above and beyond to assist me with any inquiries. I was very impressed with the service provided by this hotel.
I would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the well-furnished and comfortable rooms, and the convenient location. The hotel's proximity to public transportation, quality cafes, and restaurants made it easy for me to get around and find good dining options. The free wheelchair provided when my wife suffered a fall was a truly generous gesture. The room service was excellent and the breakfast of very good quality.
I felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was cozy with all necessary amenities. We appreciated the international power points and USB chargers. The breakfast had a great selection of high-quality food and quirky glass bottle juices. we recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast and beds, hospitable staff, amazing location near Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, and other top London attractions. Hotel staff were helpful during a busy time in the city due to the Queen's funeral, keeping guests informed about road closures and heightened security. Highly recommend staying here for a fantastic London experience.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the Royal Albert Hall where we were attending a show. We were able to walk there easily and even had time to grab a bite at a nearby pub in Hyde Park before the show. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Gloucester Road tube station, which made it easy for us to explore different parts of the city.
That the WiFi in our room didn't work. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, the issue persisted throughout our stay.
